Ask For A Locksmith Quote
You do not need to know which part has failed to ask us for a quote. Tell us what the door or window is doing and give us the Bermondsey postcode. If you are locked out or cannot secure the home, please call us.

Request Your Quote
Tell us what you want help with, which door is affected and where the property is.

Describe What You Can See
“The key turns but the door stays shut” gives us a useful clue. You do not need to guess a part number. If you know whether it is a timber or uPVC door, tell us, along with whether you still have a working key.
If more than one lock needs work, describe each door separately. After a move, tell us which old keys you want to stop working. Mention any handles you would like to keep or written requirements from an insurer or managing agent.
Please do not put card numbers, passwords or alarm codes in the form. We can deal with access and approval arrangements separately.
Questions You Can Ask Us
- What does an attendance or assessment cover?
- Which part may need repair or replacement?
- Are keys, parts and other charges included?
- When could the work be arranged?
The form starts a conversation; it does not book a visit on its own.
Questions About Your Quote
If your question is not covered here, call us and tell us what you are hoping to sort out.
What Details Help With A Quote?
Give us the postcode, which door or window needs work and what happens when you use it. Tell us if it cannot be secured and when you would prefer planned work.
Does The Form Book A Visit?
No. It sends your enquiry to us. We’ll discuss availability, the work and the price with you before a booking is confirmed.
What If The Job Changes After Inspection?
Sometimes the fault or the right part becomes clear only after seeing the door. We’ll explain any change to the proposed work and ask you to agree the cost before it goes ahead.
